Why is the water from my Dux Water Heater too hot?
    • B
      Brian GloverAug 13, 2025
If the water from your Dux Water Heater is too hot, make sure the gas and water supply valves are fully open. Check if the water temperature setting is appropriate. If the water supply temperature is high or only a small amount of hot water is demanded, the temperature might be higher than the setting on the remote controller.

      Marie PatelAug 25, 2025
If hot water is not available when you open a fixture, check if the gas and water supply valves are fully open. Also, verify the water supply isn't cut off, the hot water fixture is sufficiently open, the gas isn't being cut off by the gas meter (check if other gas devices work), and (for LP systems) there's enough gas in the tank. Ensure the inlet water filter isn't clogged and that the operation button is turned on.

Why is the water cold from my Dux 26ENA6L Water Heater when only one fixture is open?
    • I
      ifordSep 4, 2025
If the water is cold when only a single fixture is open with your Dux Water Heater, it's because the unit won't heat the water if the flow rate is less than 2.5 liters per minute. To resolve this, open the fixture more or open other fixtures to increase the flow through the unit, which should then start heating again.
  • M
    Megan MaloneSep 8, 2025
Why is no water available when I open a fixture connected to my Dux Water Heater?
    • M
      Matthew JohnsonSep 8, 2025
If no water is available when a fixture is opened, it might be because the water supply is cut off. Check if the heater is frozen.
