What to do if Dyna-Glo DGH563CRN Grill burner won't light with a match?
    • J
      John BrownAug 7, 2025
If the burner on your Dyna-Glo Grill won't light with a match, first, use the match holder found in the cabinet door to ensure the match reaches the burners. Then, verify that the natural gas supply shut-off valve is open. Check the connection between the gas hose plug fitting and sleeve coupling, disconnecting and reconnecting if necessary. Lastly, the burner inlet may be blocked, so clean the burner inlet (venturi) and burner as described by the Care and Maintenance section in the manual.

To address excessive flare-ups with your Dyna-Glo Grill, start by cleaning the grill components to remove any grease or residue build-up. Additionally, trim the fat from meat and use non-oil based marinades. Finally, ensure that your cooking temperature isn't too high; lower it as needed.

Why is there no gas flow to my Dyna-Glo DGH563CRN Grill?
    • K
      Katrina ButlerAug 31, 2025
If there's no gas flow or an obstructed gas flow to your Dyna-Glo Grill, check that the natural gas supply shut-off valve is open. Also, inspect the connection between the gas hose plug fitting and sleeve coupling; turn off the grill knobs, close the gas supply shut-off valve, and disconnect and reconnect if necessary. A blocked burner inlet could also be the problem, so clean the burner inlet (venturi) and burner as described by the Care and Maintenance section in the manual.
