When you have run the diagnostics one cycle (*1) or even when you stop the diagnostics by [STOP] button during they are running,
log files for the execution will be created at the following location.
The “Log Management Screen” function allows you to write out the log files you select to an external storage device such as USB
Memory.
*1) “the diagnostics one cycle” means from selecting test items, click [START] button to getting the results

Log files are created under “X:¥”. X is a RAM drive.
Therefore, all log files will be gone when you shut down the system.
