Installation Steps

Step 1: Tank Removal

Remove or raise the fuel tank to access fuel injectors and TPS wires.

Step 2: Injector Connection

Connect FI Controller injector connectors to the bike's front and rear injectors.

Step 3: TPS Connector Location

Locate the TPS connector situated behind the throttle body.

Step 4: TPS Wire Tap Connection

Crimp the FI Controller's grey wire onto the TPS grey/purple stripe wire tap.

Step 5: Wiring Harness Routing

Route the wiring harness from the engine to the seat, securing it away from the cylinder head.

Step 6: Controller Mounting

Mount the FI Controller under the seat, connect ground, and attach with Velcro.

Controls and Calibration

Base Fuel Curves

Four preprogrammed curves adjust fuel delivery based on throttle position and RPM.

Potentiometer Fine-Tuning

Adjust fuel delivery +/- 20% in Low, Mid, and High RPM ranges using rotary controls.

Calibration Procedure

Select the correct base curve and fine-tune with potentiometers, not while riding.

Troubleshooting

No Status LED

Check power and ground connection if the STATUS LED does not illuminate.

Engine Performance Issues

Verify injector connections are seated properly if the engine runs on only one cylinder.
