PREPARING FOR CURING

APPLICATION OF POWDER

Connecting the Ground Clip

Ground the part for static discharge and powder attraction.

Hold gun at various angles, maintaining distance, and moving circularly for even coverage.

CURING THE POWDER

Before Touching or Cleaning the Emitter

Discharge the gun emitter by touching it to the ground clamp before cleaning.

Preheat oven, place part, check for flow-out, set temperature and timer for curing.

CLEANUP

Cleaning the Gun

Unplug, discharge, disconnect air, and clean components with compressed air.

Ensure gun is clean and part is clean. Wet sand and reapply powder.
