Read all instructions and precautions before use. High voltage and powder hazards exist.
Powder dust can pose fire/explosion hazard. Avoid ignition sources.
Apply powder in stages to avoid dense dust clouds. Do not touch emitter to object.
High voltage present. Do not touch emitter without grounding.
Ensure work area and equipment are dry. Use grounded extension cords.
Never bypass the ground plug. Do not touch emitter until discharged.
Lists items needed before using the HotCoat™ system.
Ground the part for static discharge and powder attraction.
Hold gun at various angles, maintaining distance, and moving circularly for even coverage.
Discharge the gun emitter by touching it to the ground clamp before cleaning.
Preheat oven, place part, check for flow-out, set temperature and timer for curing.
Unplug, discharge, disconnect air, and clean components with compressed air.
Do not use electric vacuums for powder dust; sweep up powder.
Ensure gun is clean and part is clean. Wet sand and reapply powder.
Preheat parts to prevent pitting from contaminants.
