wind load (e.g. signs).
- Make sure you know the stopping distances for both
the high and low gears.
- Where visibility is obstructed call for an assistant and
use the acoustic warning signal.
- When the machine is moving, keep all non operative
personnel at least 2 metres away.
- The weight of the accumulator batteries (if present)
comprises the BALLAST of the machine and gives it the
necessary stability. It is absolutely forbidden to operate
the machine without the accumulators in place.
