PREMESSA
Per manutenzione periodica si intendono quegli interventi
che devono essere svolti con regolarita durante tutto il
periodo di vita della macchina ed alla frequenza stabilita.
Il controllo e la manutenzione accurata consentono alla
macchina di lavorare sempre al massimo rendimento.
Ricordiamo inoltre che un rapido intervento su un qualsi-
asi organo usurato evita un danno maggiore e riduce il
tempo di fermo della macchina.
Altri interventi non contemplati in questa sezione sono da
intendersi come manutenzione straordinaria e non rien-
trano quindi nei compiti assegnati agli operatori che
hanno in uso la macchina, questi interventi vanno percio
eseguiti presso un'officina specializzata.
I lubrificanti o liquidi esausti devono essere recuperati e
smaltiti secondo le normative di legge in quanto la loro
dispersione sul terreno inquina.
INTRODUCTION
Routine maintenance includes operations that have to be
done periodically throughout the entire life of the machine
and with scheduled frequency.
Inspection and careful maintenance allow the machine to
work continually and with maximum efficiency. The fol-
lowing is a list of operations to be performed on the ma-
chine.
Remember also that the prompt replacement of a worn
part avoids further damage and reduces the time that the
machine is inoperative.
Other maintenance work not covered by this section is to
be considered as special maintenance and is not part of
the duty assigned to the operators who use the
machine. This kind of work must be done by a specialized
workshop.
Spent lubricants and other liquids must be collected and
disposed of according to the provisions of law since pour-
ing them onto the ground causes pollution.

Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione devono essere
eseguite obbligatoriamente con motore spento,
con la tensione ai quadri scollegata e la macchina
in configurazione di riposo.
All maintenance work must be done with the motor
switched off, the electrical voltage to the panels cut
off and the machine in stowed condition.
AVVERTENZA
In questo manuale sono state aggiunte alcune
pagine dove l'operatore addetto alla manutenzione,
potra annotare le operazioni di manutenzione
svolte e le ore di funzionamento, avvalendosi per
queste ultime del contaore.
A few pages have been added to this manual so that
the operator assigned to maintenance can keep
notes of the maintenance work done and the number
of hours the machine has worked, in the latter case
making use of the hour-meter .
