PROGRAMMA DI MANUTENZIONE
PRIME 10 ORE DI LAVORO
❑ Sostituzione delle cartucce filtri in pressione.
❑ Controllo/ serraggio viti e dadi.
❑ Ingrassaggio articolazioni.
❑ Controllo livello olio idraulico.
OGNI 50 ORE DI LAVORO
❑ Verifica del funzionamento dei pulsanti di emergenza.
❑ Controllo livello olio riduttori cingoli.
❑ Ingrassaggio elemento sfilante.
❑ Controllo livello olio idraulico.
❑ Controllo carica batteria.
❑ Ingrassaggio dei 4 blocchetti stabilizzatori (se pre-
senti).
❑ Verifica tensionamento catene (se presenti).
OGNI 250 ORE DI LAVORO
❑ Controllo generale della struttura, da parte di un'offic-
ina autorizzata Easy-Lift. Devono essere ispezionati i
dispotivi di sicurezza, le strutture portanti quali: stabiliz-
zatori, torretta, pantografo, bracci, elementi telescopici,
jib e cesta.
❑ Sostituzione delle cartucce filtri in pressione.
❑ Ingrassaggio articolazioni.
❑ Controllo/serraggio viti e dadi.
❑ Ingrassaggio assale sterzante (se presente).
❑ Ingrassaggio del gruppo rotazione torretta.
❑ Verifica usura pattini.
OGNI 500 ORE DI LAVORO
❑ Sostituzione olio idraulico.
❑ Sostituzione olio motoriduttore rotazione torretta.
❑ Sostituzione olio riduttori cingoli
OGNI 1000 ORE DI LAVORO
❑ Sostituzione o revisione dei 4 blocchetti stabilizzatori
(se presenti) e taratura della macchina in base al dia-
gramma portata della macchina.
Tale manutenzione deve essere fatta de parte di un of-
ficina autorizzata Easy lift.
OGNI 4 ANNI
❑ La piattaforma deve essere ispezionata riferendosi al
giono della prima messa in servizio, da esperti strut-
turali e di saldaura che ne verifichino l’integrità delle
sue parti strutturali.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
FIRST 10 HOURS OF OPERATION
❑ Replace pressure filter cartridges
❑ Checking / tightening of screws, nuts and bolts
❑ Greasing joints
❑ Hydraulic oil level check
EVERY 50 HOURS OF OPERATION
❑ Check that the emergency buttons work.
❑ Check the oil level in the track reduction gears.
❑ Grease the telescopic extensions.
❑ Hydraulic oil level check
❑ Check the actual state of battery recharge.
❑ Grease the 4 stabilizer safety blocks (if present).
❑ Chain tension verification (if present).
EVERY 250 HOURS OF OPERATION
❑ General check of the structure by a autorized Easy-
Lif work-shop. The safety devices, the supporting struc-
tures such as: stabilizers, turret, pantograph, arms,
telescopic elements, jib and basket must be inspected.
❑ Replace pressure filter cartridges.
❑ Greasing joints.
❑ Checking / tightening of screws, nuts and bolts
❑ Greasing the steering axle (if present).
❑ Grease the turntable rotation mechanism.
❑ Greasing of the turret rotation assembly.
❑ Check pads wear.
EVERY 500 HOURS OF OPERATION
❑ Replace the hydraulic oil.
❑ Replace oil in the turntable rotation motor-gearbox
❑ Replace track reduction gear oil.
EVERY 1000 HOURS OF OPERATION
❑ Replacement or revision of the 4 stabilizer safety
blocks (if present) and calibration of the machine ac-
cording to the machine flow chart.
This maintenance must be carried out by an authorized
Easy lift workshop.
EVERY 4 YEARS
❑ The platform must be inspected referring to the
of the first commissioning, by structural and welding ex-
perts who verify the integrity of its structural parts.
