→ The inexperience of the EAB user and/or the failure of the EAB user to
develop a sucient understanding of the driving and the operation
of the EAB to provide him with a level of appropriate ability and
safety;
→ The failure to comply with the inspection of the EAB components and
parts and failure to provide the needed corrections;
→ Any error, fault, including any intentional fault or gross fault, omission
or negligence of the owner and/or any user of the EAB in the
handling, use, transportation, maintenance and/or storage of the
EAB, its components, parts and/or the EAB battery and charger;
→ The misuse of the EAB by the owner and/or any user of the EAB;
→ The premature wear of the EAB, its components, its parts and/or the
EAB battery due to the handling, use, transportation, maintenance
and/or storage of the EAB, its components, its parts and/or the EAB
battery by the owner and/or any user;
→ Any error, fault, including intentional or gross fault, omission and/or
negligence committed by a third party;
→ Force majeure or act of God;
→ The normal wear of the EAB.
