The owner and every user of the EAB waive all claims and proceedings of any
kind whatsoever against EBGO, following the occurrence of any damage of
any kind they may suer in connection with the purchase or the use of the
EAB or which could be claimed by third parties.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any litigation or dispute that may arise following the purchase of an EAB at a
retailer will be subject to the applicable law of the Province of Quebec. EBGO
and the owner elect domicile in the jurisdictional district of Montreal, Pro-
vince of Quebec, for the institution of any proceedings arising from the inter-
pretation, application, conclusion, terms, validity and eects hereof.
EBGO’s language of use is French. A version of this text is provided in French
with the EAB and is available at any time at www.ebgo.ca. The French version
prevails in case of any interpretation dispute.
