SCOPE OF WARRANTY
EBGO’s limited warranty covers the replacement and the repair of the com-
ponents and parts listed in the following section as well as labor costs. It also
covers the reasonable transportation or shipping costs incurred to execute
the warranty, that have been approved beforehand by the retailer or the ma-
nufacturer.
The warranty is only valid for the period indicated for each of the components
and parts concerned. The owner must request replacement or repair of the
component or part before the expiry of the warranty period indicated for the
components or parts in question.
EBGO’s limited warranty applies to the EAB provided following the return or
the exchange of another EBGO EAB.
EBGO’s limited warranty excludes components and parts damaged following:
→ The failure to comply with the assembly instructions set out in the
Assembly Manual included with the EAB;
→ The failure to comply with the instructions for the intended use of the
EAB set out in the Owner’s Manual;
→ The failure to comply with the battery safety instructions set out in
the Owner’s Manual;
→ The failure to comply with the instructions for initial battery charging
set out in the Owner’s Manual;
→ The failure to comply with the instructions for charging,
maintenance, storage and replacement of the battery set
out in the Owner’s Manual;
→ The failure to comply with the maintenance, storage and
replacement of the charger set out in the Owner’s Manual;
→ The failure to comply with the instructions for the EAB maintenance
set out in the Owner’s Manual;
→ The failure to comply with the instructions for the EAB storage set out
in the Owner’s Manual;
