Inadequate ventilation
Load impedance

Make sure unit has proper
ventilation:
Check load impedance
against the specifications:
Connect the proper load
impedance.
Measure voltage between
Remote on terminal and the
power ground terminal:
If the voltage is high
disconnect the Source Unit
And see if the amp shuts off.
If it does try a different source
unit.
