What to do if my Eclipse TFB030 start-up sequence runs but does not light?

If your Eclipse Burner's start-up sequence runs but doesn't light and there's no ignition, several factors could be at play. First, ensure that the ignition transformer is receiving power; if not, restore it. Next, inspect the wiring between the ignition transformer and the spark rod for any open circuits, repairing or replacing as necessary. A dirty spark rod can also prevent ignition, so clean it thoroughly. Additionally, verify that the spark rod is correctly grounded to the burner by cleaning the threads and avoiding pipe sealant on the ignition plug threads. Confirm that the spark rod isn't grounded to the nozzle or air shroud by checking its position. Lastly, double-check that the spark rod and flame rod wiring aren't reversed, correcting it if needed.
