Questions and Answers

What to do if my Eclipse Winnox WX Burner cannot initiate a start sequence?
    • M
      Mrs. Tracy HernandezAug 7, 2025
If your Eclipse Burner cannot start, it might be due to several reasons: the air pressure switch not making contact (check adjustment, air filter, blower rotation, and outlet pressure), the high or low gas pressure switch activating (check incoming gas pressure, adjust if needed, and check switch setting), main power is off (switch to the “On” position).

    Christopher WellsAug 12, 2025
Why is my Eclipse Winnox WX not reaching full capacity?
    • M
      Martha Frank MDAug 12, 2025
If the Eclipse Burner cannot achieve full capacity, it could be because the air filter is blocked (clean or replace it) or the gas pressure going into the ratio regulator is too low (adjust the gas pressure).

    Richard GreenAug 17, 2025
Why is my Eclipse Burner unstable and producing soot, smoke, or excessive carbon monoxide?
    • M
      Mary NguyenAug 17, 2025
If the Eclipse Burner is unstable and produces soot, smoke, or excessive carbon monoxide, the air/gas ratio may be out of adjustment. To solve this, measure all the gas pressures and air pressures, then compare them to the documented initial start-up settings and adjust them where necessary.

How to fix a weak or unstable low fire flame on my Eclipse Burner?
    • A
      Amanda VasquezAug 23, 2025
A weak or unstable low fire flame on your Eclipse Burner can be caused by not enough gas flowing to the burner (adjust the ratio regulator or bypass fuel adjustable orifice valve to increase the gas flow) or not enough air (check for proper blower rotation, check the air filter for blockage, or compensate for the chamber by opening the low fire air butterfly valve position).

What to do if my Eclipse Winnox WX goes out when it cycles to high fire?
    • C
      christian07Aug 28, 2025
If the Eclipse Burner goes out when cycling to high fire, it could be due to not enough gas pressure into the ratio regulator (check the start-up settings, measure the gas pressures, and adjust them where necessary; also, check for valve train pressure loss) or a loading line to the ratio regulator leaking (repair the leak in the loading line).

Why won't my Eclipse Winnox WX Burner light after the start-up sequence?
    • A
      Adam DuranNov 2, 2025
If the start-up sequence runs but the Eclipse Burner doesn't light, several issues could be the cause. It could be due to a lack of ignition, which might be caused by: no power to the ignition transformer (restore power), an open circuit between the ignition transformer and the igniter (repair or replace the wiring), a dirty igniter (clean it), the igniter not being correctly grounded (clean the threads), a broken igniter insulator (inspect and replace if broken), or a bent igniter (inspect and readjust). Alternatively, there might not be enough gas because of: low gas pressure (check and adjust), a leaking impulse line (repair leaks), the adjustable orifice valve not being open far enough (adjust bypass gas), a start gas solenoid valve malfunction (check and replace if needed), the gas va...
