Why is there little or no crema on my ECM ELEKTRONIKA PROFI Coffee Maker?

If your ECM Coffee Maker produces coffee with little to no crema, it could be due to several reasons. The grinding degree might not be fine enough, so try using a finer grind and tamping the coffee more firmly. The coffee mixture might be too old; use fresh coffee instead. Too much chlorine in the water can also affect crema, so consider using a chlorine filter. Ensure you are using enough ground coffee, approximately 7g per cup. Lastly, a dirty net filter can hinder crema formation, so clean the brewing group.
