What to do if my ECM Barista is dispensing coffee drop by drop?

If your coffee maker is dispensing coffee slowly, drop by drop, it could be due to a couple of reasons. The grind might be too fine, in which case you should increase the grind setting and tamp the ground coffee only slightly. Alternatively, you might be using too much ground coffee; try using approximately 7-9 g (1/4 ounce) of coffee for every cup.
