  If the converter output is less than 4mA, check whether the + and – wirings are connected with the correct polarity. Note that during nighttime, a negative voltage may be detected, which is known as the sensor zero-offset A effect and is specific to thermopile pyranometers.

Why is no connection possible with Eco Media Converter?

  Check the connection. The 4-20mA converter can only be found during a short period after connection. Try re-inserting the USB controller, reconnecting the Jack plug, or reconnecting the red clamp.
