Min. lichtniveau instellen

Zet de verlichting aan middels de dimmer as. Draai vervolgens de dimmer as zo ver

mogelijk naar links (minimale lichtoutput). Gaan de lampen knipperen? Draai dan met een

schroevendraaier de MIN potmeter langzaam naar rechts voor stabiel licht. Is het licht

al stabiel? Draai de MIN dan langzaam naar links voor een nog betere dimbaarheid, tot

net vóór het punt dat de lampen gaan knipperen. Dat is de beste dimbaarheid van de led

lampen.

Let op:

• Dit is een tweedraadsdimmer en deze dient aangesloten te worden zoals onder het

kopje ‘Aansluitschema’ staat weergegeven.

• Het installeren van de dimmer op een netstroom van 230V dient te worden

uitgevoerd door een gediplomeerd vakman, rekening houdend met de nationale

voorschriften. Zorg bij alle werkzaamheden dat de elektriciteit is uitgeschakeld.

• U kunt niet meer dan één dimmer parallel aansluiten. Om vervolgens vanuit twee

punten dezelfde lading te bedienen.

• Dimmer is niet geschikt voor gewikkelde/magnetische of kerntrafo’s.

Function Description:

The primary function of the ECO-DIM.07 Zigbee PRO is to provide seamless dimming control for a wide range of lighting types. It integrates with Zigbee-based smart home systems, allowing users to control their lighting via apps like Google Assistant/Home, Amazon Alexa, Philips Hue, HOMEY, FutureHome, Trust, Aduro Smart, Aeotec Smart-Things, WINK, and IKEA Dirigera. The dimmer can be operated manually via its shaft or remotely through a connected smart home hub. It features a soft start system to extend the lifespan of LED lamps and includes built-in protection against temperature fluctuations and overload.

Usage Features:

Installation: The dimmer is designed for flush-mounting and connects to the main power supply (L and N wires) and the LED load (switching wire). It's crucial to ensure the electricity is switched off during installation, which should ideally be performed by a qualified professional.
Multiple Pulse Switches: The dimmer supports connection with multiple pulse switches, allowing control from various points. However, only one dimmer can be connected in parallel to control the same load.
Minimum Light Level Setting: To optimize dimming performance and prevent flickering, the minimum light output can be adjusted. After turning on the lights and rotating the dimmer shaft fully to the left (minimum output), if the lamps blink, a screwdriver can be used to slowly turn the MIN potentiometer to the right until stable light is achieved. For even better dimmability, the MIN potentiometer can be turned slightly to the left from the stable point, just before the lamps start blinking.
Pairing Mode (Dimmer in den Kopplungsmodus schalten): To connect the dimmer to a Zigbee network, first ensure it's removed from any previous network. Press the reset button twice. The indicator light will flash blue and stay on for 10 seconds if pairing is successful. There is a 15-minute timeout for this process.
TouchLink: This feature allows direct pairing with a remote control without a hub. To activate, press the reset button four times. The indicator light will flash green and stay on for 10 seconds. Bring the remote control within 10 cm of the smart dimmer and set the remote to TouchLink mode. The LED will flash multiple times upon successful connection. If the dimmer and TouchLink device are not connected to a hub, only one TouchLink device can be linked. For multiple TouchLink devices, a Zigbee hub is required.
Dimmer Reset (Dimmer-Reset): To perform a full reset of the dimmer, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. The indicator light will turn red and stay on for 10 seconds. This action will reset all configuration parameters and remove the device from the network. There is a 15-minute timeout for this process.
Reduction of Connection Capacity by PowerFactor (Verringerung der Anschlusskapazität durch PowerFactor): When calculating the LED connection power, the PowerFactor of the dimmable LED lighting must be considered. The nominal power is calculated as: (Number of LED light sources * Nominal power LED) / PowerFactor. For example, 10 lamps * (5W per lamp / 0.8 PowerFactor) = 62.5 Watt.
Compatibility with Cover Plates: The dimmer is compatible with cover plates from various brands including Berker by Hager, Busch-Jaeger, GIRA, JUNG, Kopp, Merten by Schneider, Niko*, and PEHA. (*Niko plate is not included and can be purchased separately).

Maintenance Features:

Built-in Protection: The dimmer includes integrated protection mechanisms against overheating and overload, which contribute to its longevity and safe operation.
Soft Start System: The soft start feature helps extend the lifespan of connected LED lamps by gradually increasing the light intensity upon activation, reducing the initial current surge.
