      A bad taste or odor in your ECOPURE Water Filtration System could be due to a couple of reasons. Either Filter 1 and 2 are expended and you need to replace the filter cartridges, or the system is contaminated and you need to sanitize system. Call 1-800-693-1138 for instructions.

      If your ECOPURE Water Filtration System is leaking at the push connect fittings, here are a few things to check: * Make sure the tubing is pushed in all the way into the fittings. * Ensure the tubing is cut square. * If the tubing is nicked, remove the nicked portion and reinsert the tubing into the fitting. * If the outer tubing surface is not smooth, remove the rough portion and reinsert the tubing into the fitting.
