This document describes the ECOSCENT MINI PRO, a premium scenting solution designed for efficient and effective fragrance diffusion.

Function Description

The ECOSCENT MINI PRO utilizes advanced diffusion technology to convert fragrance oil into a fine, dry mist, releasing fragrance safely and directly into the environment without the need for sprays or aerosols. It features an independent operation of a turbocharged fan and an atomising channel. The scent diffusion speed is fast, the atomised particle is fine and smooth, and oil consumption is stable and low, resulting in a low-medium scent diffusion space.

The device also incorporates cold atomisation technology to protect the essential oil molecules, ensuring low noise output and quick scent diffusion via a turbocharged fan. The scent system is equipped with an LCD timer offering five programmable events, allowing each program to independently set the time and fragrance intensity/oil concentration.

The scent work time and scent pause time can be set from 5 to 300 seconds.

Usage Features

In The Box: The product comes with a Power Supply, Hanging Plate, User Manual, a QR Code on the box for additional information, and Fixings for installation.

Installation:

  1. Fix the hanging plate: Use the provided fixings to secure the hanging plate according to the dimensions in the drawing (90mm x 74mm with screw holes at 74mm x 85mm apart).
  2. Place the device: Mount the device onto the hanging plate and secure it with screws.
  3. Connect power: Connect the power supply to the device.
  4. Open the cover: Gently press the top raised button (Cover Release Button) to open the cover. The cover opens in the direction of the arrow indicated in the diagram.
  5. Remove/Add fragrance oil: To remove the oil bottle, turn it counter-clockwise. Add the fragrance oil to the bottle.
  6. Replace the bottle: Insert the bottle back into the device and turn it clockwise to secure it.
  7. Close the cover: Close the cover. A signal light will illuminate during the working period, indicating normal operation.

Settings: The device features an LCD display showing:

  • Working Mode Display
  • Week Display and Week Selection (MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT, SUN)
  • Current Time Display
  • Working Event Display (SCENT, WORK, PAUSE, EVENT)
  • Atomisation Work Display
  • Fan Operation Display

Power ON: Connect the power supply. The screen will light up automatically, indicating that the scent delivery system is turned on and ready to operate.

Setting The Time:

  1. Press SET for 5 seconds to activate the time setting interface.
  2. Press UP/DOWN arrows to set the hour.
  3. Press SET to confirm and proceed to minute setting.
  4. Press UP/DOWN arrows to set minutes.
  5. Press SET to confirm and proceed to day setting.
  6. Press UP/DOWN arrows to select the working day.
  7. Press SET to confirm. The time setting is complete, and the system automatically saves the settings.

Fan On/Off: Press the DOWN arrow for 5 seconds to disable or enable the fan. The screen will display a fan icon when the fan is enabled.

Working Time Setting (5 Events): The device allows setting up to five independent working periods (events).

  1. Work Start Time Setting:

    • Press MODE once to enter the work start time setting.
    • Press SET to activate hour setting.
    • Press UP/DOWN arrows to set the hour.
    • Press SET to confirm and activate minute setting.
    • Press UP/DOWN arrows to set minutes.
    • Press SET to confirm and activate week day setting.
    • Press UP arrow to select a day of the week for operation, or DOWN arrow to deselect a day.
    • Press SET to confirm. The working start time setting is finished.

  2. Working End Time Setting:

    • Press MODE again to enter the working end time setting.
    • Follow the same steps as for work start time setting to set the hour, minutes, and confirm. The working end time setting is finished.

  3. Scent Work Time Setting:

    • Press MODE a further time to enter the scent work setting.
    • Press UP/DOWN arrows to set the scent work time. The scent work time can be set from 5 to 300 seconds. The scent concentration setting is then finished.

  4. Scent Pause Time Setting:

    • Press MODE a final time to enter scent pause time setting.
    • Press UP/DOWN arrows to set the pause time. The scent pause time can be set from 5 to 300 seconds. The work pause time setting is then finished.
    • Repeat these steps for the other 4 events.

Note on Events Past Midnight: An event ends at 12 AM. If continuous operation past midnight is required, create a further working period. For example, for operation from 11 PM to 6 AM, set:

  • Event 1: 23:00 - 23:59
  • Event 2: 00:01 - 6:00

Restore Factory Setting: Press MODE for 10 seconds to restore the scent delivery system to factory settings. The first work event will be set to 8:00-22:00 with a scent concentration of 60:60. The work time for the other 4 events will be 00:00-00:00.

Fragrance Concentration: The fragrance concentration can be controlled by pressing MODE three times and then adjusting the percentage using the UP/DOWN buttons. The scent system works from 10 to 300 seconds at a time and can be paused from 10 to 300 seconds, allowing customization based on requirements. A longer pause time results in a weaker fragrance.

Maintenance Features

Scent Delivery System Maintenance: Refer to the "Clean-Me Guide" included with your purchase for detailed maintenance advice.

  • Ensure the fragrance oil is topped up regularly.
  • Clean with a cleaning solution every 2 months or when changing the fragrance.
  • Do not use water in the scent system.
  • Do not tilt the scent system.

General Precautions:

  • Before using, ensure the scent system is correctly installed and checked at least monthly.
  • Damage may occur from improper installation or using non-approved EcoScent fragrances.
  • Handle fragrance oils and the scent system carefully to prevent spillages that may damage fabric, flooring, surfaces, polished, and painted areas.
  • Any spillages of fragrance oils from the fragrance bottle or from the scent system should be cleaned up immediately.

Safety Precautions:

  • Do not use overloaded power supplies, USB ports, sockets, or damaged power cords and plugs, as this may endanger safety and cause fire.
  • Do not open the inside of the scent delivery system, as this may cause damage. If an error occurs, consult the user manual or after-sales support.
  • Do not disassemble or shake the scent delivery system vigorously while it is working.
  • Do not put the scent delivery system or power adapter in water. Do not put water in the fragrance bottle.
  • When the scent delivery system is filled with fragrance oil or cleaning solution, do not invert, tilt, or rotate it to prevent liquid spillage and damage to the system and surfaces.
