FA ULT SOLUTION
SCENT DELIVERY
SYSTEM IS
NOT WORKING
- Check the power supply.
- Check if the power is on.
- Check scent delivery system working me.
WEAK OR
NO ATOMISATION
- Check if the nozzle is blocked
- Check if the oil pump tube is aached correctly.
OIL LEAK
- Check if the scent system is upright.
-Check the connecon of the oil bole and atomiser is
closed ghtly.
ABNORMAL
NOISE
Please send video of the fault to ecoscent@ecoscent.co.uk
Before using the scent system please ensure it is correctly installed
and to be checked at least monthly. Damage may be caused by
improper installaon or if using non approved EcoScent fragrances.
Please take care when handling fragrance oils and the scent
system as any spillages may cause damage to fabric, ooring,
surfaces, polished and painted areas. Any spillages of fragrance
oils from the fragrance bole or from the scent system should be
cleaned up immediately.
