  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner, DEEBOT, is unable to charge, first, ensure that DEEBOT is switched ON. Second, check that DEEBOT's Charging Contacts are properly connected to the Station Pins and that the AUTO Mode Button is flashing. Also, inspect both DEEBOT'S Charging Contacts and the Station for any dirt and clean them if necessary. Make sure the Station is properly connected to the power supply. Finally, if DEEBOT has not been used for a long time, it is recommended to use it regularly.

If the Dust Bag is not full when prompted by the App, you can put it back again. Also, the outlet of Dust Bin may be blocked by foreign objects. Remove the Dust Bin and clean any foreign objects on the outlet.
