      If the Mopping Pad of your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner, DEEBOT, can’t be lifted automatically, it could be entangled or stuck by foreign objects. Remove any foreign objects. If the Mopping Pad falls off, reinstall it until you hear a “click” when the Mopping Pad Plates is properly installed.

      If you are unable to enable Child Lock on your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner, DEEBOT, there may be communication interruption between the Station and DEEBOT due to long distance or many partition walls. Move DEEBOT near the Station to ensure smooth communication, and then enable Child Lock.

      If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner, DEEBOT, does not respond to the Station instruction, DEEBOT may be too far away from the Station. If it is beyond the available distance, the ECOVACS HOME App can be used to operate DEEBOT. DEEBOT and the Station may not be paired. Unplug the Station and wait for 10 seconds to plug it in again. Power off the robot and then turn it back on. Manually push the robot up to the Station, and ensure that the charging pins are correctly connected. Then, DEEBOT will start charging, and voice prompts pairing successful.

      If the inner side of the Dust Collection Cabin of your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner, DEEBOT, is dirty, it may be because fine particles are absorbed through the Dust Bag. Clean the inner side of the Dust Collection Cabin. Also, the Dust Bag may be broken. Check the Dust Bag and replace it if necessary.

Place the Station correctly according to the instructions. Check whether the Station is connected to power supply and do not manually move the Station. It is recommended that DEEBOT start cleaning from the Station. Ensure that the charging route is clear.

      If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner, DEEBOT, is unable to charge, first, ensure that DEEBOT is switched ON. Second, check that DEEBOT's Charging Contacts are properly connected to the Station Pins and that the AUTO Mode Button is flashing. Also, inspect both DEEBOT'S Charging Contacts and the Station for any dirt and clean them if necessary. Make sure the Station is properly connected to the power supply. Finally, if DEEBOT has not been used for a long time, it is recommended to use it regularly.
