  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner DEEBOT is unable to charge, please check these items: * Ensure the robot’s Charging Contacts are connected to the Station Pins and the AUTO Mode Button is flashing. Also, check if DEEBOT's Charging Contacts and the Station are dirty, and clean them. * Confirm the Station is connected to the power supply. * If DEEBOT has not been used for a long time, use DEEBOT regularly. If the battery still cannot be charged, please contact Customer Care for help.

  If the Mopping Pad Plates of your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner DEEBOT cannot rotate, it might be due to: * Foreign objects blocking the Mopping Pad Plates. Clean the foreign objects. * Mopping Pad Plates falling off. Reinstall the Mopping Pad Plates until you hear a “click”.

  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner DEEBOT is unable to return to the Station and shows 'no signal,' consider the following: * Ensure the Station is placed correctly according to the instructions. * Check that the Station is connected to a power supply and has not been manually moved. * It is recommended that DEEBOT starts cleaning from the Station. * Make sure the charging route is clear; for example, the door to the room with the Station should be open.

  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner DEEBOT gets stuck while working and stops, it might be due to: * DEEBOT becoming tangled with objects on the floor such as electrical wires, curtains, or carpet fringing. DEEBOT will try to free itself. If it can't, manually remove the obstacles and restart it. * DEEBOT getting stuck under furniture with a similar height entrance. Set a physical barrier or a Virtual Boundary via the ECOVACS HOME App.

  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner DEEBOT returns to the Station before finishing cleaning, it could be because: * The room is too large, requiring DEEBOT to recharge. Enable Continuous Cleaning in the App. * DEEBOT cannot reach certain areas due to furniture or barriers. Tidy up the area by placing furniture and small objects properly.

  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner DEEBOT fails to empty the Dust Bin, check the following: * If the OMNI Station indicates that the Dust Bag is full, replace it and close the Dust Collection Cabin. If the Dust Bag is not actually full, you can put it back. * Inspect the outlet of the Dust Bin for any blockages caused by foreign objects and remove them.

Clean the Brush, Side Brush, Dust Bin, and Filter regularly. * DEEBOT might be in Max Mode. Switch to Standard Mode.

  If the map is lost on your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner DEEBOT, it might be because you moved DEEBOT during cleaning. Move DEEBOT to the front of the Station to retrieve the map. Find the restored map in Map Management and tap “Use This Map” to retrieve it. If the problem continues, restart mapping.

Clean the inner side of the Dust Collection Cabin. * The Dust Bag is broken. Check and replace the Dust Bag.
