  If your ECOVACS DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner is unable to charge, several things could be the cause. First, ensure the DEEBOT's Charging Contacts are connected to the Station Pins and that the AUTO Mode Button flashes. Check if the DEEBOT's Charging Contacts and the Station are dirty. Make sure the Station is connected to the power. If the DEEBOT hasn't been used for a long time, the battery may be overcharged.

Ensure that the DEEBOT begins its cleaning routine from the Station. Moving the DEEBOT during cleaning can also cause the map to be lost, so avoid moving it as much as possible. Finally, make sure the DEEBOT automatically returns to the Station after completing its cleaning cycle.

If the room is too large, the DEEBOT may need to recharge; in this case, enable Continuous Cleaning. Alternatively, the DEEBOT may be unable to reach certain areas blocked by furniture or barriers; try tidying up the area by placing furniture and small objects in their proper place.

  If your ECOVACS DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner gets stuck while working, it could be due to a couple of reasons. The DEEBOT may be tangled with objects on the floor such as electrical wires, curtains, or carpet fringing. The DEEBOT will attempt to free itself, but if unsuccessful, manually remove the obstacles and restart it. It's also possible the DEEBOT is stuck under furniture with a similar height entrance. In this case, set a physical barrier.

  If your ECOVACS DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner is running very loudly during cleaning, it could be because the Side Brush and floating rubber brush are entangled, or the dust bin and filter are blocked. Clean the Side Brush, floating rubber brush, dust bin, and filter regularly. Alternatively, the DEEBOT might be in Max Mode. Try switching to Standard Mode.

  If the map is lost on your ECOVACS DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner, it might be because the DEEBOT was moved during cleaning. Move the DEEBOT to the front of the Station to retrieve the map. Find the restored map in the Map Management and tap “Use This Map” to retrieve it. If this problem persists after trying the above solutions, please restart mapping.

Why doesn't my ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner DEEBOT empty the Dust Bin after returning to the Station?

  If your ECOVACS DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner isn't emptying the Dust Bin after returning to the Station, there could be several reasons. Ensure the Dust Collection Cabin is closed and that a Dust Bag is installed in the Station. Let the DEEBOT return to the Station on its own, as manually moving it might not trigger the Auto-Empty function. Check if the DEEBOT is in Do Not Disturb mode, as it won't empty the dust in this mode. Finally, check if the OMNI Station prompts that the Dust Bag is full, and replace it if necessary. If the Dust Bag is not full when prompted by ECOVACS HOME App, you can put it back again.

  If your ECOVACS DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner fails to empty the Dust Bin, it might be because the OMNI Station prompts the Dust Bag is full. Replace the Dust Bag and close the Dust Collection Cabin. If the Dust Bag is not full when prompted by App, you can put it back again. Alternatively, the outlet of the Dust Bin could be blocked by foreign objects. Remove the Dust Bin and clean any foreign objects on the outlet.

  The inner side of the ECOVACS DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner Dust Collection Cabin can get dirty because fine particles are absorbed through the Dust Bag. Clean the inner side of the Dust Collection Cabin. Also, check the Dust Bag for any damage and replace it if necessary.

  If your ECOVACS DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner doesn't respond to the Station's instructions, it could be because the DEEBOT is too far away from the Station. If it is beyond the available distance, the ECOVACS HOME App can also be used to operate DEEBOT. Also, DEEBOT and the Station may not be paired. Unplug the Station and wait for 10 seconds to plug again. Power off the robot and then turn it back on. Manually push the robot up to the Station, and ensure that the charging pins are correctly connected. Then, DEEBOT will start charging, and voice prompts pairing successful.
