  If you're unable to create a home map on the ECOVACS DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner App, it might be because the DEEBOT isn't starting its cleaning cycle from the Station. Ensure that the DEEBOT begins its cleaning routine from the Station. Moving the DEEBOT during cleaning can also cause the map to be lost, so avoid moving it as much as possible. Finally, make sure the DEEBOT automatically returns to the Station after completing its cleaning cycle.

Alternatively, the Mopping Pad Plates may have fallen off. Reinstall the Mopping Pad Plates and you should hear a “click” when they are properly installed.

  If your ECOVACS DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner doesn't respond to the Station's instructions, it could be because the DEEBOT is too far away from the Station. If it is beyond the available distance, the ECOVACS HOME App can also be used to operate DEEBOT. Also, DEEBOT and the Station may not be paired. Unplug the Station and wait for 10 seconds to plug again. Power off the robot and then turn it back on. Manually push the robot up to the Station, and ensure that the charging pins are correctly connected. Then, DEEBOT will start charging, and voice prompts pairing successful.

  If your ECOVACS DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner fails to empty the Dust Bin, it might be because the OMNI Station prompts the Dust Bag is full. Replace the Dust Bag and close the Dust Collection Cabin. If the Dust Bag is not full when prompted by App, you can put it back again. Alternatively, the outlet of the Dust Bin could be blocked by foreign objects. Remove the Dust Bin and clean any foreign objects on the outlet.
