  Your DEEBOT might not be charging for several reasons: it might not be switched ON, so switch it ON. Ensure the robot's Charging Contacts are connected to the Auto-Empty Station Pins. Check that the Power Cord is firmly connected to the Auto-Empty Station and that the Auto-Empty Station is connected to the power supply. If the battery is completely discharged, please contact Customer Care for help.

  If your DEEBOT cannot return to the Auto-Empty Station, it could be due to several reasons. Ensure the Auto-Empty Station is correctly placed and connected. Avoid manually moving the Auto-Empty Station during cleaning and pausing DEEBOT for more than 90 minutes. Also, make sure DEEBOT starts cleaning from the Auto-Empty Station.

  If DEEBOT doesn't start auto-emptying after returning to the Auto-Empty Station, ensure the Dust Container Lid is closed and the Dust Bag is installed. Avoid manually moving DEEBOT to the Auto-Empty Station during cleaning. Note that auto-emptying is normal when DEEBOT returns to the station while running Video Manager in the App or if Do Not Disturb mode is enabled. Replace the Dust Bag if it’s full. If none of these issues apply, please contact customer service.

  DEEBOT might return to the Auto-Empty Station before finishing cleaning because working time varies based on floor surface, room complexity, and the selected Cleaning Mode. When the battery is low, DEEBOT automatically switches to Recharge Mode. To resolve this, turn on the Continuous Cleaning function in the ECOVACS HOME App, so DEEBOT will automatically resume the uncompleted cleaning cycle. Also, ensure the cleaning area is free of obstacles and that the Auto-Empty Station is centrally located in the house.

  If your DEEBOT fails to auto-empty the Dust Bin, make sure that the Auto-Empty Dust Bin is installed with two Auto-Empty Outlets on the bottom. Replace the Dust Bag if it is full and close the Dust Container Lid. Also, check if the Auto-Empty Outlets on the Auto-Empty Dust Bin are blocked by debris; if so, uninstall the Auto-Empty Dust Bin and clean the debris. Finally, ensure that the Dust Evacuation Tube is not blocked and clean it if necessary.

  DEEBOT may get stuck while working if it's tangled with objects on the floor like electrical wires, curtains, or carpet fringing. DEEBOT will try to free itself, but if unsuccessful, manually remove the obstacles and restart it. Alternatively, DEEBOT might be stuck under furniture. In that case, set a physical barrier or a Virtual Boundary in the ECOVACS HOME App.

  If your DEEBOT does not clean automatically at the scheduled time, it could be because the Time Scheduling function is cancelled. Program DEEBOT to clean at specific times using the ECOVACS HOME App. Also, ensure that DEEBOT is switched ON and has sufficient battery by keeping it connected to the Auto-Empty Station.

  DEEBOT may miss spots or repeat cleaning if the cleaning cycle is interfered with by small objects or barriers on the floor. Remove power cords and small objects to ensure cleaning efficiency. Also, ensure the floor wax is dried before DEEBOT starts cleaning if it is working on slippery polished floors. Tidy up the area by putting furniture and small objects in their proper place, and remove any objects blocking the TrueMapping Distance Sensor.

  If there is debris in the Dust Container, it may be because fine particles are absorbed inside the Dust Container through the Dust Bag. Clean the Dust Container Lid and inner wall. Also, check the Dust Bag for damage and replace it if necessary.
