Also, inspect both the DEEBOT'S Charging Contacts and the Station for dirt; clean if necessary. * Verify that the Power Cord is firmly connected to the Station.

Manually remove the obstacles and restart the DEEBOT. * It's stuck under furniture with a similar height entrance. Set a physical barrier or a Virtual Boundary in the ECOVACS HOME App.

  If your DEEBOT isn't auto-emptying after returning to the Empty Station, here are a few things to check: * Make sure the Dust Container Lid is closed. * Ensure the Dust Bag is installed in the Empty Station and the Dust Container Lid is closed. * Avoid manually moving DEEBOT to the Empty Station during cleaning. * Note that this is normal if DEEBOT returns to the Auto-Emptying Station while running Video Manager in the App. * Also normal if Do Not Disturb mode is enabled in ECOVACS HOME App. Disable the mode in the App, or start auto-emptying manually. * Replace the Dust Bag if it is full and close the Dust Container Lid.

  If you're unable to create a furniture map on the App, it might be because: * The DEEBOT did not start cleaning from the Station. DEEBOT must start cleaning from the Station. * The DEEBOT was moved during cleaning. During cleaning, do not move DEEBOT as far as possible. * Auto cleaning was not completed. Make sure DEEBOT automatically return to the Station after cleaning.

  If the Video Manager isn't opening or showing a screen, it could be due to: * A failed Wi-Fi connection. Check the Wi-Fi connection status. DEEBOT must be in an area with good Wi-Fi signal to enable the Video Manager. * Network latency. Try again later. * The AIVI Camera being blocked. Remove the shield.

  A delay in remote control could be caused by: * A poor Wi-Fi signal, slowing down video loading. Use DEEBOT in areas with good Wi-Fi signals. * Insufficient lighting in the cleaning area. Smart Recognition requires sufficient lighting. Please make sure the areas to be cleaned are well illuminated.

  If the Dual Side Brushes are dropping out of place during use, check the following: * Ensure the Dual Side Brushes click into place when installing. * Verify the Station is correctly placed according to the instructions. * Check the Station is connected to power and has not been moved. Do not move the Station. * It is recommended that DEEBOT start cleaning from the Station.
