  To resolve connectivity issues between your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner and the ECOVACS HOME App, ensure you've entered the correct Wi-Fi username and password. Verify that the vacuum cleaner is within range of your home Wi-Fi signal. Also, the vacuum must be in configuration mode: ensure it's powered on, open the cover, and press the RESET button until you hear a voice prompt. Confirm that you've downloaded the ECOVACS HOME App. Finally, ensure you are using a 2.4GHz or 2.4/5 GHz mixed network, as the device does not support 5GHz networks.

Also, verify that the Station is connected to the power supply. If the vacuum hasn't been used for a long period, contact Customer Care for assistance, as the battery may be overcharged.

  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner appears in route disorder, running bias, or repeated cleaning, tidy up any wires, slippers, or other objects on the floor before cleaning. If the Driving Wheels slips on the ground when DEEBOT climbs steps, thresholds and door bars, close the door of this area and clean the area separately. If you have freshly waxed or polished floors, wait for the wax to dry before cleaning. Clean the home environment to ensure that DEEBOT can enter for cleaning. Wipe the TrueMapping Distance Sensor with a clean soft cloth or remove foreign matters.
