Possible Cause Solution
Low battery
Charging before use
(100% battery is recommend)
Dirty water tank is full
Take out the dirty water tank and
pour out the water
Debris blocking at the intake Clean the roller
Filter is dirty Clean the filter
Debris or tangled hair
Clean the debris by the tube
or intake up
Hair or debris tangled
on the roller
Clean the roller
Dirty water tank is full
Take out the dirty water tank and
pour out the water
Clean water tank is empty Add water into clean water tank
The clean water tank is not
installed in place
Reinstall the clean water tank
Filter not installed Install filter
Filter not dried completely Clean it up and dry it completely
Adapter is not plugged in well
Check and plug the adapter into
a suitable wall outlet
Charging base not connected
with adapter well
Check and reconnect
The dirty water in tank has
reached the MAX line
Empty the dirty water and then
reinstall the tank
Clean water tank is empty Refill the clean water tank
The roller is tangled or not

Clean the roller or reinstall
