Step 5:
Step 6: Small Pick or Screwdriver
Install a new pressure plate into the back of each Vanos hub, on top of the
diaphragm spring.
Rotate the cam sprocket rear plates so that the bolt holes are centered in
the slots of the cam sprockets.
If you are replacing the cam sprocket bolts and upper
timing chain guide, proceed with section 4c on Page 76.
You will be directed to return back to this step at a later
point.
