What to do if ECS Motherboard doesn't power up?
- Ccaleb62Aug 2, 2025
If your ECS Motherboard isn't powering up and the fans aren't running, try these steps: Disassemble the PC, removing the VGA adaptor card, DDR memory, LAN, USB and other peripherals. Leave only the motherboard, CPU with CPU cooler, and power supply connected. Ensure the power cord is plugged into the wall and the PSU switch is 'on'. Also, remove any unused screws or metal objects from inside the PC case to prevent short circuits. Check the CPU FAN and 12V power connectors are connected to the motherboard and fully inserted into their connectors, ensuring the latches are locked.
