Rinse and dry the lter completely before reattaching it to
the unit.
7. Storage
If the unit will not be used for an extended period, do the following:
1. Unplug the unit and empty the water tank. Make sure the water tank and dehumidier
are completely dry. This may take a few days.
2. Clean the air lter.
3. Make sure the device is in perfect condition so that it is safe to use again after a long
storage period.
4. Store the unit in appropriate packaging.
5. Store the unit in a dust-free place and out of direct sunlight. It is recommended to
cover it with a piece of plastic.
8. Troubleshooting
Before contacting technical Support, check the following.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Unit not
working
The power is not connected. Plug into the socket.
The display shows FL. Empty the unit of water.
In dehumidication mode, the temper-
ature of the room is too low.
The unit must be placed in a room
where the temperature is above
17 °C.
The cool-
ing eect
is not
good
There is direct light. Draw the curtains.
Doors or windows are open; there are
many people; there are other heat
sources in the room.
Close doors and windows. If
necessary, add an extra air con-
ditioner
The lter is dirty. Clean the lter or have it replaced.
The airways are blocked. Be sure to remove obstacles.
The unit
makes a
noise
The unit is not on a smooth surface.
Place the unit on a hard and at
surface.
The com-
pressor
does not
work
The overheating protection has been
triggered.
Wait 3 minutes until the tem-
perature has dropped, and then
restart the unit.
