5. STARTER
Use Loctite.
Pull the rope through the eyelet and wind the pulley
and spring 8 turns. You should have at least ½ turn
before the spring bottoms out.
The recoil handle should snap into its seat.
When reassembling pull out some rope to facilitate the
seating against the pawls of the pulley.
