2 SCOPE OF THE MANUAL
The purpose of this manual is to provide a guide to the proper use and maintenance of a Sauna product.
Keeping your product in good working order depends largely on eective cleaning and maintenance (see chapter 7 of this
manual).
Therefore it is extremely important to learn how to clean and maintain it properly.
The instructions for the functions and ways to use the product provide only the necessary basic information and only
experience can teach you how to get the best out of it and to exploit its full potential for meeting the needs of your body.
The Sauna has been built in compliance with the following mandatory safety standards:
- CSA Standard C22.2 No 0 General Requirements - Canadian Electrical Code, Part II;
- CSA Standard C22.2 No 0.4 Bonding and Grounding of Electrical Equipment
(Protective Grounding);
- CSA Standard C22.2 No 218.1 Spas, Hot Tubs and Associated Equipment;
- ANSI/UL Standard 1563 - Spas and Hot Tubs [Certied to US Standards].
On the basis of our on-going quest for improvement, your product may present some variations that are not referred to in
this manual, but any dierences are minor and of no great importance.
2.1 PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION DETAILS
All the necessary information for identifying your sauna, the type, model, electrical power, voltage, registration
number, year of construction, manufacturer and CE markings, are shown on the plate attached to the heater wall
inside the sauna.
