What to do if my EGO LB6000E won't turn on?

      Robert PhillipsAug 3, 2025
If your EGO Blower won't turn on, there are a few potential reasons. It could be due to damaged PCBA. In this case, test the PCBA according to the procedure in the diagnosing section, and replace it if broken. Alternatively, the bearings on the motor shaft may be worn and seized. You can check this by using a stick to turn the fan from the air inlet; if the fan doesn't move, the bearings are likely stuck, and you should replace the duct assembly. Another possibility is a broken motor. Measure the resistance between any two of the three motor cables using a multimeter; if the resistance is infinite, replace the motor and ducted assembly.

What to do if my EGO Blower doesn’t work?

      rogerslisaAug 17, 2025
If your EGO Blower isn't working, there are several potential causes: * The battery pack may not be properly attached. Ensure the battery pack is securely attached to the blower. * There might be poor electrical contact between the blower and the battery. Remove the battery, inspect the contacts, and then reinstall the battery pack. * The battery pack could be depleted. Charge the battery pack. * The battery pack or blower might be too hot. Allow the battery pack and blower to cool down until the temperature is below 67°C. For optimal performance, consider using the EGO 56V Battery BA2240E (4.0 Ah) or any EGO 56V battery with a higher capacity.
