Why is grass wrapping around the head of my EGO ST1520?
If grass is wrapping around the trimmer head and motor housing of your EGO Trimmer, it's likely because you're cutting tall grass at ground level. To prevent this, cut tall grass from the top down, removing no more than 8 inches in each pass.
Why is my EGO Trimmer head cracked or loose?
Cracks on the trimmer head or a spool retainer that comes loose from the spool base on your EGO Trimmer can be caused by: * A worn-out trimmer head. Replace the trimmer head immediately. * A loose nut locking the trimmer head. Open the trimmer head and use an impact wrench to tighten the nut.
