10. Troubleshooting guide
Error Possible cause Remedy
Motor does not
start
a) Motor terminals disconnected
b) Machine standing in high grass
c) The mower housing is clogged
d) Safety plug is not inserted
e) Battery is not correctly inserted
a) Have it checked by a customer service
workshop
b) Start motor on shorter grass or already
mowed area; change cutting height if
necessary
c) Clean housing so that the blade can
run freely
d) Insert the safety plug (see 6.)
e) Remove the battery and reinsert
(see 5.)
Motor
performance
drops
a) Grass too tall or damp
b) The mower housing is clogged
c) Blade badly worn
d) Battery performance decreasing
a) Correct the cutting height
b) Clean the housing
c) Replace the blade
d) Check the battery performance and
charge the battery if necessary (see 5.)
Unclean cuts a) Blade worn
b) Wrong cutting height
a) Replace or resharpen the blade
b) Correct the cutting depth

the motor is overloaded and switches on again automatically after a short cooling period.
