9.7.4 Device ID
Setting of the name, which the device uses to identify itself to the EDP.
The name is transmitted in the first part of the data protocol. Moreover, a
device number between 01 and 99 can be assigned.
Possible device IDs: 5030, 5040, 5130, 5140, BIOS, 6664,
6667, EBIO, CARE, SG01, SGL2.
9.7.5 Method number
Method numbers can be assigned for glucose and lactate in hemolysate
and in serum, which are transferred within the data protocol. According
to the selected sample type, the set method number is transferred.
Method numbers can be set between 000 and 999.
9.7.6 Request mode
This setting controls whether the device sends each new measurement
to the EDP immediately, or does so only on request. A request is a
logical "1" signal at the devices RxD inlet. The setting to be preferred is
without requests (no checkmark).
Only the most recent measurement can be requested. If
several measurements take place between two requests, they get lost.
9.7.7 Send test telegram
This menu item is for testing the EDP settings selected. When
confirmed a data telegram is sent to the EDP.

Setting of language.
9.8.2 Format
Setting of date and time format.
Setting of local mains frequency.
