- Instrument plug not connected.
- Wrong power adaptor.
- Defective power adaptor.
->Contact EKF Diagnostics Technical Support.
Error message
“Wrong power supply"
Disconnect the wrong adaptor immediately
and connect with the correct HemoPoint
®
H2
adaptor.
Error message
"User error, voltage too
low"
When operated with the power adaptor:
- Wrong power adaptor connected.
Problems with QC measurements and sample measurements
Test result of the
control cuvette is out of
range.
- Wrong control cuvette.
- Damaged control cuvette.
- Cuvette holder not properly engaged; replace
cuvette holder (see Section 6.1.2 “Cuvette
holder”).
- Dirty Optical unit; clean unit (see Section
6.1.3 “Optical unit”).
- Control cuvette is not correctly positioned into
the cuvette holder.
Test results are not
realistic.
Control blood test
result is out of range.
- Defective or superimposed microcuvette.
- Air bubbles in the microcuvette.
- Sampling error (see Section 4.1 “Taking a
sample”)
- Wrong or unsuitable control blood. Incorrect
control level.
- Cuvette holder not properly engaged; replace
cuvette holder (see Section 6.1.2 “Cuvette
holder”).
- Dirty Optical unit; clean optical unit (see
Section 6.1.3 “Optical unit”).
- Cuvette is not correctly positioned into the
cuvette holder.
- The HemoPoint
®
H2 must be only used with
HemoPoint
®
H2 Hemoglobin n•x•t
®
microcuvettes.
