Q: Can I change or upgrade the integrated battery on my e-bike?
A: No, an upgrade of the integrated battery to one with more capacity is not
possible, due to the limited room in the frame. The only possibility is to
exchange a defective or end-of-life battery with the same, genuine Hyena
battery. This type of repair should only be undertaken by an authorized
Electra bike shop.
