Your ElectrIQ Dehumidifier might not be extracting water for several reasons. Make sure the humidity level setting is lower than the current humidity in the room. Also, check if the temperature is too low for efficient water extraction; if so, increase the room temperature or reposition the unit. Finally, ensure that no intake grill or outlet is blocked and that the unit is at least 20 cm away from walls.
