If the washing
machine lls and
drains at the same
time
More than 20 cm of the hose was placed
in the drain outlet.
Place it at a maximum height of 20 cm of
drain hose in the drain outlet.
The outlet hose water was amended.
The drain hose cannot be amended.
Check the hydraulic installation of the
residence.
The drain hose is too low.
Position the drain hose at a minimum
height of 90 cm.
Sound of water
inside the
washing machine
Balancing system.
It is normal because your washing
machine has a balancing system with
a liquid which is inside the drum. This
liquid is specially developed not to cause
damage to your washing machine.
Water does not
enter in the
washing machine
The faucet is closed. Open the faucet.
The lter in the inlet hose is clogged. Clean the lter.
No water comes out of the faucet.
Check the hydraulic system of the
residence.
The inlet hose is folded or strangled. Unfold or clear the hose.
Wrong voltage.
Check the correct voltage for your washing
machine.
If softener/bleach
comes before its
time
The maximum level was exceeded.
Do not exceed the maximum level
indicated
in the dispenser.
If the softener
does not exit
Softener too dense. Dilute softener with a little water.
There is lint on
the
clothes
Clothes of dierent fabrics were mixed.
Separate the clothes according to the
table programs indicated on the panel, or
according to Tips and Advice.
The lint lter is dirty Clean the lint lter
If the clothes get
stained
Too much softener and/or soap. Use the quantity recommended on page 7.
The water is dirty. Install a lter in the faucet.
Internal cleaning of the washing machine
was not done.
Clean the washing machine as per
recommendations.
Dierent fabric types and colors were
mixed.
Separate the clothes according the kind
and colors of fabric as Tips and Advices.
The clothes are not adequate to wash in
the washing machine.
Check the instructions on the clothing
labels. See the International Symbols on
page 16.
If the drum moves
Washing machine suspension system.
It is normal if the drum moves when full of
clothes and water
If the lid does not
open
Safety lock actioned, because it is in the
spinning step.
Wait for some minutes to release the lid
(see page 2).
