when pressed
The washing option selected is not allowed
for the selected program, ex:
• Silk/Wool program + Turbo Agitation
option;
• Underwear program + Turbo Agitation
option;
• Sneakers program + Turbo Agitation
option
• Comforter program + Turbo Agitation
option.
• Sneakers program + Hot Water option.
Does not allow this washing option with this
program.
The washing step is in rinse.
It does not allow you to select any washing
option when the washing machine is in the
rinse step
If the Ultra Clean
does not turn on
The plug is not properly plugged into the
socket.
Check the plug and the socket where the
washing machine is connected.
Turn the Ultra Clean ON.
Touch the Dynamic Soak Softener and
Skip Step keys at the same time for 3
seconds, until the Ultra Clean keys turn
ON.
The washing machine lid is opened. Close the lid.
If no water comes
out of the Ultra
Clean
The faucet is closed. Open the faucet.
The lter in the inlet hose is clogged. Clean the lter.
No water comes out of the faucet.
Check the hydraulic system of the
residence.
The inlet hose is folded or strangled. Unfold or clear the hose.
The water key of the Ultra Clean is not
activated.
Press the water key of the Ultra Clean.
Water level
above desired
when using the
Automatic Level
You put wet clothes in the washer before
starting the washing program.
Put only dry clothes in the washer when
using the "Automatic Level".
Blackout after lling the washer machine
with water.
The washing machine automatically
selects the Comforter level.
You disconnected the machine and
reconnected it again after lling.
Select the desired water level manually.
If the blue light
of the Automatic
Level does not
turn ON
The program selected is Comforter.
Change the water level, because it is
not allowed to use this program with the
Automatic level.
If the blue light
of the water level
does not allow
you to get out of
the Low/Sneakers
level
The program selected is Sneakers.
It is not allowed to use another level when
using the Sneakers program.
