Process Overview
WATER TRAP (empty) TIMER (1 minute) CASTERS (Locked)
Ensure that spinner is clean
and ready to be loaded.
Ensure that water trap is
empty.
Ensure that timeris set to 1
minute.
Once in position, lock
casters in place for minimal
wandering.
After following proper
washing inst
ructions for
leaf and/or romaine
lettuce, wet lettucecan be
loaded into the salad
spinner inner tub.
No more than 6 heads of
Romaine or 12 heads of
Leaf Lettuce(6#) should be
dried at one time.
Excess water does not have
to be shaken out before
putting into the tub.
Ensure that lettuce is
evenly spread around the
center cone, or load willbe
unbalancedand noisy.
