Ensure the unit is off and the power cord is removed before starting replacement.
Wait 30 minutes for internal discharging and cooling; components can be hot.
Use a Torx TX10 screwdriver to remove the three screws holding the glass dome.
Wear gloves; handle flashtube carefully. Avoid contact with electrodes due to high voltage.
Wear gloves when inserting the new flashtube into the unit.
Only use original Elinchrom flashtubes to prevent unit damage.
Verify that the trigger contact fork securely grips the flashtube.
Reattach the glass dome and metal ring using the three TX10 screws.
Confirm all parts are correctly fitted and test the unit's functionality.
