This document is an owner's manual for the Emerson MW8991SB 900W Microwave Oven. It provides detailed instructions for operation, safety precautions, installation, and maintenance, along with cooking guides and technical specifications.
Function Description:
The Emerson MW8991SB is a 900W microwave oven designed for heating, cooking, and drying food. It utilizes microwave energy, a form of high-frequency radio waves, converted by a magnetron tube. This energy is then transmitted into the oven cavity, where it is reflected, transmitted, and absorbed by the food, causing the molecules (especially water, fat, and sugar) to activate and produce heat. The oven features various cooking modes including one-stage cooking, two-stage cooking, time defrost, weight defrost, quick cook, and auto cook functions. It also includes a child lock feature to prevent unintended operation.
