Label Your Wires

Use the provided wire labels to mark each wire according to the Sensi app's instructions.

Remove Old Thermostat Base

Disconnect wires and carefully remove the old thermostat base from the wall.

Install New Thermostat Base

Mount the Sensi thermostat base on the wall using the supplied screws, drilling holes if necessary.

Connect the Wires

Attach the wires to the corresponding Sensi thermostat terminals, ensuring they are screwed in tightly.

Attach Faceplate and Power On

Remove the battery tag to power on the thermostat and attach the faceplate securely to the base.

Connect to Sensi Network

Use the Sensi Security Card to connect the thermostat to your home Wi-Fi network via the Sensi app.

Connect Thermostat to Wi-Fi

Follow app prompts to connect the thermostat to your Wi-Fi network using your Sensi password.

Select Your Wi-Fi Network

Choose your home Wi-Fi network from the list or enter it manually, then input the password.

Check Wi-Fi Status

Verify the Wi-Fi connection status on the thermostat and in the app for proper operation.

Register Your Thermostat

Register your thermostat in the Sensi app after connecting to Wi-Fi, providing details like name and location.

Start Using Your Sensi Thermostat

Begin controlling your home's comfort remotely using the Sensi app after successful installation.
