2.3 Cleaning and sanitizing the machine
3. Wait based on sanitizer recomendation
for the cylinder to be cleaned.
4. Open the extraction lid so the water runs
out.
1. Pour a sanitizing solution (prepared
according to the supplier’s instructions)
to disinfect, to clean using clean water.
2. Press cleaning button.
NOTE: It is recommended to use a sanitizing food grade product, suitable for ice cream
production machines and that meets the standards requested by the regulatory agency having
jurisdiction. EMERYMARK recommends the brand STERA SHEEN® GREEN LABEL.
