The Care App is designed to help you identify and quickly resolve
anything that is interfering with data collection and that might
need your attention.
The main screen of the Care App and the Status Cards are
intuitively color-coded to reflect the status, so that you can quickly
understand if any action is needed.
Teal - EmbracePlus is working correctly.
Yellow - Something is not ok and needs your attention.
Red - Data collection and transfer has stopped, you need to take
action.
9. What does ‘Wearing time’ mean?
Wearing time indicates the time for which the EmbracePlus has
been worn since midnight of the current day. This value is based on
the EmbracePlus detecting whether it has been on the wrist or not.
10. Sometimes the ‘Wearing time’ does not reflect the actual time
I've worn EmbracePlus for. How is that possible?
Wearing time actually shows the time during which EmbracePlus
was correctly worn on the wrist, and thus correctly collected data.
