Water leakage between the nose
connection and handpiece
Check the O-rings on the nose connection of the device, replace them if necessary•
Change the handpiece•
Send the device to a certified EMS Repair Center•
Air and/or powder is leaking from the
threads of the cap
Check the seal and the cleanliness of the thread on the powder chamber and on the cap•
Replace the seal if necessary•
The efficiency diminishes Check the quantity of powder in your device•
Change the nozzle•
Eliminate residual powder from the handpiece in the channels using the cleaning needle•
Send the device to a certified EMS Repair Center•
If the handpiece falls Replace the nozzle and check the holding of the nozzle•
If the nozzle doesn’t hold or it is not waterproof, send the handpiece to a certified EMS Repair Center•
