What to do if my ENC Inverter shows over current during accelerating?
    • S
      Samantha McfarlandAug 8, 2025
If the ENC Inverter displays an overcurrent error during acceleration, it could be due to several reasons. The accelerating time might be too short, in which case you should prolong the accelerating time. It may also be due to an improper V/F curve, so adjust the V/F curve setting, adjust manual torque boost, or change to automatic torque boost. If the motor is restarting while rotating, set the speed checking restart function. Check the input power supply in case of low power source voltage. Finally, the inverter's power might be insufficient, so choose an inverter with higher power.

What to do if my ENC Inverter shows over current during constant speed?
    • T
      Taylor AndersonAug 12, 2025
If the ENC Inverter shows an overcurrent during constant speed, it might be due to a sudden load change or unwonted phenomena; check or reduce the load. If the acceleration/deceleration time is set too short, prolong the accelerating/decelerating time appropriately. Check the input power supply for low voltage. If the inverter's power is insufficient, select a higher-power inverter.

What to do if my ENC Inverter shows over current during decelerating?
    • G
      Gina HayesAug 18, 2025
If the ENC Inverter shows overcurrent during deceleration, the decelerating time may be too short, so prolong it. If there's potential energy load or big inertia load, increase the braking power of the external energy consumption braking subassembly. If the inverter's power is a bit small, choose an inverter with high-power.

Why is my ENC Inverter showing overvoltage during accelerating?
    • R
      ryanwhiteAug 23, 2025
If your ENC Inverter is showing overvoltage during acceleration, it could be due to a few reasons. First, check the input power supply for unwonted input voltage. Also, the acceleration time might be set too short, so prolong the accelerating time properly. Finally, if the motor is restarting while rotating, set the speed checking restart function.

      Veronica PriceAug 28, 2025
If the ENC Inverter shows overvoltage during deceleration, the decelerating time may be too short, so prolong the decelerating time. If there is potential energy load or big inertia load, increase the braking power of external energy consumption braking subassembly.

How to fix ENC Inverter protection?
    • R
      Rachel DunnSep 2, 2025
If the ENC Inverter is under protection, it might be due to a blocked air-path or a damaged fan. To resolve this, clear the air-path or replace the fan.
